I use Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families. Emotionally Focused Therapy is an therapeutic approach that has been shown by empirical research to be an effective approach to treatment. This approach involves exploring connections, emotions, thoughts, and goals. I have found that increased awareness of these areas offers an opportunity to break unwanted cycles, or what is taking us away from our desired goals, and become stronger in our relationship with our self and our relationships with others.
